The Children’s Advocacy Center of Green River District is a child-focused, community-based program where professionals from many disciplines work together to offer comprehensive services to children and families.
Our Mission
To promote the prevention of child abuse and family violence in all its forms, and to promote interagency collaboration to improve community services for child abuse victims and their families.
Service Area
CACGRD serves families in Henderson, Daviess, Union, Webster, Hancock, Ohio, and McLean Counties.
How We Help
- Provide a child-friendly place where families can access coordinated support.
- Work with law enforcement, child protective services, prosecution, medical providers, and mental health professionals.
- Reduce trauma by limiting repeated interviews and improving collaboration.
