MDT Coordinator

Job Description

The role of the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) Coordinator will be to implement and monitor effective child abuse case coordination for our 7 county area.  This will include the facilitation and preparation of monthly MDT meetings including meeting notifications, case reviews, documentation of current case disposition information on all CACGRD cases and assist in any outcome data to be used for program evaluations and statistics.  Assist in scheduling appointments for center clients and administering both initial and follow up Outcomes Measurement Tool to clients.  May include assistance with follow-up advocacy and support to individuals receiving services at the Center.  MDT Coordinator would also be asked to represent CACGRD by supporting a comprehensive response to crime victims by participating on local and other committees including public outreach and awareness responsibilities.  Other duties as assigned.  We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with excellent interpersonal communication skills!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Criminal Background Check/other required Background Checks/Fingerprint check
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Skilled in computer programs and spreadsheets to allow for the tracking and maintenance of data
  • Human relations skills including diplomacy and mediation
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in social/human services field with at least 1 year or more field experience (preferred)
  • Completion of 12 hours of training is required each year within the federal VOCA grant cycle
    • Ideal candidate would possess knowledge of a trauma-informed care approach when working with child abuse cases and an understanding of multidisciplinary team concepts

12 Parenting Education Classes

Parent Education Classes are held weekly, Thursdays 2:30pm-4:30pm.

Program Certificate of Completion is awarded upon completion of the 12 week sessions.

Classes are held at the Women’s Addiction Recovery Manor on 56 North McKinley St., Henderson, KY 42420.

2. Participate Virtually (Via Zoom)

Program Certificate of Completion is awarded upon completion of the 6 week sessions.

Classes are held via Zoom starting Wednesday, February 2, 2022.
