Join CACGRD for our 5th Annual Holiday Market and help us kick off the season with shopping, food trucks, and family fun.
Event Details
- Date: Saturday, November 14, 2026
- Time: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Location: Chase Fulcher Archery Center, 377 Garden Mile Road, Henderson, KY 42420
- Special guests: Free pictures with Santa from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Food: Food trucks will be on site during the market.
Vendor Information
- Set up: Begins at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 14, 2026
- Booth cost: $35 for the first 10’ x 10’ space and $20 for each additional 10’ x 10’ space
- Deadline to sign up: Friday, October 30, 2026
- Indoor event: 35 spots are currently available, with the possibility of more opening
- Electric: Limited to one outlet per vendor and not guaranteed
- Setup note: Vendors must bring their own tables and chairs
- Raffle donation: Each vendor is asked to donate one item for the raffle table
- Payment: Spots are not reserved until the application and payment are received. Payment may be made by cash, check, or PayPal.
